Mobile Number Portable
Number Portability allows consumers and businesses to keep their existing telephone numbers when they switch operators. It, literally, means that numbers are portable from operator to operator - whether that operator is a mobile, wireline, or VoIP service provider.
1. A uses a mobile number connection with Operator-a (Service Provider), A wants to use new service from Operator-b but retain the current mobile number.
2. A goes to the Operator-b, fills up forms giving details.
3. Operator-a access Central Agency, query more details of user A.
